Renewal SA’s case management service assists people in navigating the regulatory processes necessary to open a small venue (namely; planning, building and liquor licensing).
We know the process can be daunting and at times confusing, especially to those who are new to running a business. But even well-established entrepreneurs and businesses have turned to Renewal SA to ensure a smooth, guided process that leads to positive outcomes.
We provide a case management service for venues with a maximum capacity of 120 people seeking to operate under a Small Venue Licence in the Adelaide central business district.
Renewal SA, working in collaboration with the City of Adelaide and Consumer and Business Services provide this service to the public, free of charge, to enable applicants to efficiently navigate the process with ease and reduced financial risks.
We’ve helped with the start up of internationally-acclaimed restaurants, dance studios, theatre companies, migrant services, community cafés and art exhibitions. We can help you too!
Grants are also available through our City Makers program, to alleviate the cost of building compliance issues.
